ballroom dancing for beginners, you can find it at Amazon or shop.com just to name a few.

go to ebay and u can get it for a lot less there than in the stores

trust me - it’s easier in person,in class than it is watching a video.
Find a local dance place, find out when their beginning class is, grab a friend, and go. It’s cheap, fun, and easy.
If you want to ease into it, find a local salsa club. They’ll teach a beginning class in the early evening during the week, but it’s a club so it’s darker so you feel less conspicuous, and you can ease your jitters with a beer beforehand if need be.
